Vichyssoise with croutons (served hot) (Vegetarian)

Crayfish cocktail - classic sauce and beetroot pearls
 
Fresh pureed avocado, Roquito chilli peppers, creme fraiche, hummmus, on fresh sourdough toast with a poached egg (Vegetarian)
 
Duck liver parfait, with cornichons, shallot jam and brioche toast

 

Mains

Braised featherblade steak, boulangere potatoes, market vegetables, with sauce Bourguiginon

Grilled chicken fillet, Enoki mushrooms, dijon mustard, in a Pinot Grigio cream sauce, served with sauteed potatoes

Pan roasted sea bream with grilled courgettes, squid ink spaghetti and pecorino cheese

Sicilian caponata with burrata cheese, wild rocket and pesto sauce (Vegetarian)

 

Desserts

Tiramisu made with saboyon/zabaglione (Italian custard-like sauce made with wine) 

Belgian chocolate and raspberry tart with ice cream

Tarte au citron
 
(These are all vegetarian friendly and freshly made in-house)
