Biography

Sally Blake has lived in Crawley for 65 years. She first served on the Council from 1983-1991 and was elected again in 2002. Sally enjoys working on youth related issues that she believes can bring ethnic minority communities together with the mainstream population.

Councillor Blake was voted in as Mayor for a second year in May 2007. She is only the second Mayor to serve two consecutive terms in office.

In her spare time, Sally enjoys sailing, reading, gardening and community activities.
